Harmony Health Network is a Home Health Agency serving the greater Denver Metro Area.
Our mission is to bridge the gaps in healthcare, in order to build the future for our community’s most vulnerable.
Oftentimes individuals might have the need for services, but don’t or can’t go out and get them. At Harmony we strive to provide the medical services needed to better our clients’ lives, and the education to make accessing services in the future easier.
How we’re different.
What is different about Harmony? Everything. From its inception, Harmony has been built with a vision that extends far beyond healthcare and its delivery. Our vision is of communities connected to resources inside and out, by people. Because that’s what communities are, people. We’re creating a new model of how to use the healthcare needs we all have to plant the seeds of community and connection. The intention of the model is to provide the vehicle for understanding and insight into where the communities can make use of resources that exist, and allow for access to those that are still needed.
In today’s healthcare landscape, practitioners are expected to be both administrator and provider. Our model has been constructed understanding that practitioners are only as good as the team that stands with them in support of the care they provide. At Harmony, our practitioners are backed by people and process designed to allow them to work far outside of the stereotypical delivery models and mechanisms.
There is an overwhelming amount of evidence that yesterday’s monocentric model of healthcare facilities is no longer a valid delivery mechanism for the healthcare needs of today's communities. We believe that the path forward in healthcare is one of a far more polycentric model of facilities that are integrally connected to, and owned by, the community.
Hospitals, inpatient clinics, urgent care centers and medical offices are all created to serve neighborhoods. But neighborhoods are made up of regions within a boundary on a map. Communities on the other hand, communities are made up of people.
Meet the Harmony Team

Kade is an accomplished young man who grew up in Denver, Colorado, spending a significant portion of his youth dedicated to serving disadvantaged populations around the globe.
One experience he calls back on for inspiration, is a 3 month long trip, where he worked with the Bridges organization to provide aid and set up pop up medical missions in Pamplona Alta, Peru. Additionally, he proctored 8 separate teams of therapists and therapy assistants on a venture to Blessed Assurance Orphanage, in St. James, Jamaica, to train personnel and provide services otherwise unavailable to the residents. Upon graduation with his degree, he was hired to occupy and transform the administration team at a Home Health Agency in Colorado, where he discovered a lack of representation and administrative systems present in the industry.
Kade founded Harmony Health Network with the inspiration to change the landscape of healthcare as we know it today, one step at a time. Throughout his life, gaining access to services, medications, and professionals has gotten harder and harder, no matter where or why, without any indication of respite. By applying what he has learned in previous endeavors, he believes that it is possible to create an equitable future in healthcare - where the priority is care, and health, not insurance or money or fear of litigation. He believes that the individuals who suffer the most from our broken system of healthcare, are our communities most vulnerable. It takes a small army to instill change, but with an open mind, holistic intent, and grace, he believes that we can achieve the change we are looking to make.

Kade’s partner and co-founder at Harmony Health Networks is also his father, Kasey. Kasey grew up in the evergreen forests of the Pacific Northwest United States just beyond the city limits of Eugene, Oregon. Kasey spent most of his youth outdoors and grew particularly fond of fishing in the many local streams, lakes, and rivers as well as motorcycling the endless logging trails throughout the mountainous areas of Lane County.
As a youth, he was always attracted to mechanical things as well, growing up around his father’s various businesses centered on reclamation and repair of automotive and industrial equipment. That exposure to mechanical systems gave rise to his pursuits in engineering, ultimately leading him to southeastern Idaho where earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering in 2002. It was in Idaho where Kasey and his wife, Heather were married and started their journey as parents. Kasey & Heather both founded their own companies midway through their professional careers and continued to work as both professionals in their fields and as entrepreneurs in Healthcare and in Aerospace. It was in these entrepreneurial endeavors that they began to see a need for more action.
After 20 years in engineering, Kasey took an opportunity for a respite from his professional and entrepreneurial activities. During this time, Kasey began to imagine ways to actualize the need for more action in the areas of public health witnessed as a result of his wife’s dedicated service work. After his brief retirement and with a new sense of inspiration, he and Kade began to formulate a vision that today they are driving towards actualizing; that vision is Harmony Health Network.
Harmony’s vision is of building communities from the inside out. A vision where community is the solution to so many of the voids in public health and healthcare at large. The inspiration, seeded from his familial service work done at a small group level, is to fill those voids within the public health landscape of our cities using the tools gained through his previous success to connect our communities’ most vulnerable populations with access to resources and foster a new age together.
