Harmony Health Network is new to the Denver Metro area and looking to make a change in the world of healthcare as we know it today. By bridging the gaps between access and education, we hope to build a more equitable and healthy future for everyone.
Home Healthcare
We offer Speech Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy in our Members homes. We pride ourselves in compassionate and communicative Harmony Professionals, and in our Narrative Based Reporting processes that allow for personalized and specialty treatment plans curated with and for our members.
Assessments
Harmony Health Network specializes in assessing and reporting medical needs and treatments. We have over 100 assessments that are easy to complete, and best assess our Member’s need for service and achievement of goals.
Harmony Access to Answers
There are lots of questions in the world of healthcare. Some answers to our questions seem unreachable, but Harmony Health Network can connect the dots no matter the distance between them. We hope to accumulate meaningful information in easy to read formats, for members to get the answers they need. As we gather more questions from our Members, we will update this section with a question and response layout.
