We prepare your home for a safe recovery by setting up assistive devices, removing fall risks, and educating you on what to expect after surgery, so you feel confident before the first step.
In-Home Physical & Occupational Therapy
We’re there within 1–2 days of discharge to review instructions, monitor vitals, and start your rehab while keeping a close eye on your recovery to help prevent complications and avoid hospital readmission.
Seamless Transition to Outpatient Clinic
When you’re ready for the clinic, we coordinate directly with your surgeon and outpatient PT, sharing progress notes and your personalized rehab plan so nothing gets lost and your recovery stays on track.
