We started Harmony Health Network with one goal: to make care personal again.
Before this was a company, it was a conversation between two people who had seen how overwhelming recovery can be when patients leave the hospital or clinic without the support they need at home. We saw gaps. Not because people didn’t care, but because the system wasn’t always built for continuity. We knew patients deserved more guidance, more clarity, and more connection. So we set out to create something better.
We created Harmony Health Network to provide high-quality in-home physical therapy and occupational therapy at home, delivered with respect, compassion, and a deep understanding that no two recoveries look the same. And this is just the beginning. Our dream is to grow beyond therapy services, expanding into a broader network of personalized, in-home care that supports patients through every stage of healing and wellness. As we build for the future, we remain committed to the same mission: care that’s collaborative, compassionate, and centered on you.

Many of our patients first meet us as they’re preparing for surgery. We offer pre-operative planning, goal-setting, and home safety evaluations to make sure the path forward is clear. After surgery, we provide the hands-on care and support needed for a safe, successful recovery, without the stress of traveling to appointments.
We believe post-surgery recovery doesn’t end when the stitches come out—it continues until you feel like you again.
